LLM consulting for Blinko AI

Blinko AI is a London-based startup originally was as a B2B2C service, leveraging Artificial Intelligence and gamification to provide personalized financial advice to students, enhancing their ability to manage their daily the expenses, and that also offers its tools and innovation to banks, aiming to build better and long-term relationships with new customers, but also to increase NPS and customer loyalty. I was contacted by Blinko CTO, a long-time friend, to help them pivot their business model to focus on providing AI tools to banks.

I supported Blinko AI by researching the latest capabilities of Large Language Models (LLMs), with a primary focus on reducing hallucination rates and ensuring data privacy while integrating existing knowledge, as well as operational costs for different LLM systems and service providers. Additionally, I developed and delivered a demo product for them to pitch to two different greek banks, and allowed Blinko AI to successfully pivot to a new business model, focusing on providing AI tools to banks. This project provided valuable insights into the cutting-edge applications of LLMs in real-world scenarios, and also allowed me to work with an external startup, providing me with a different perspective on the industry.
